In this Together
Support for family members of those navigating
mental illness and addiction.
Finding steadiness when someone you love is struggling
When someone we care about lives with mental illness and/or addiction, our world can begin to revolve around their pain. We worry, we adapt, we give—and over time, we can lose touch with our own needs and identity.
In This Together offers a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with others who understand.
This 4-part workshop series blends gentle education, guided self-reflection, and meaningful connection to help you find balance, boundaries, and renewed strength.
You can love your family and take care of yourself. We’ll help you do both.
Connection & Understanding
A safe, compassionate space to share your experience with others who truly get it. You’ll break free from isolation and feel heard, supported, and understood.
Tools for Resilience
Learn practical strategies to set boundaries, manage stress, and prioritize your own emotional, physical, and spiritual health—without guilt.
Reclaiming Yourself
Rediscover who you are beyond your loved one’s struggle. Cultivate balance, clarity, and renewed purpose as you move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.
