I created Fine Balance Counselling & Yoga Therapy to offer a safe, compassionate space for healing.
Since 2004, I’ve supported clients in living more connected, fulfilling lives, grounded in the belief that we are all interconnected.
I offer virtual and in-person sessions in Vancouver, combining client-centered counselling with personalized yoga therapy.
Fine Balance supports you through life’s changes — helping you heal from emotional, somatic, and physiological trauma and reconnect with yourself and your community.

My services
Clinical Counselling
I offer counselling with the belief that even when life feels really hard, healing and growth are possible. I believe we all have inner strength—even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
I support people who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and loss, substance use, relationship struggles, life changes, and the effects of systemic oppression.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported trauma survivors, including people healing from sexual assault and first responders offering culturally sensitive care during tough times.
Yoga Therapy
Many people I work with in counselling find that yoga therapy supports their healing. Some people also come to see me just for yoga therapy.
My trauma-informed yoga therapy sessions are designed for people who have been through challenging or traumatic experiences. These sessions can be a helpful addition to talk therapy and may support healing from chronic pain, stress, mental health struggles, trauma and substance use.
